Emily Landon, B.Sc., MA, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I’m a Child and Family Therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting parents, including those caring for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

I offer individual therapy, family support, and play-based child therapy.

Areas of focus include:

• relational trauma & attachment 
• parenting and behaviour challenges
• emotional regulation
• school and learning stress
• ADHD, autism, intellectual disability, FASD

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the power of connection to ourselves, our children, and the people we are in relationship with.

Emotional regulation is central to my approach. I offer practical tools to help you manage overwhelm in the moment, alongside deeper healing to shift the patterns behind those feelings. This balance supports lasting change for both children and adults.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for my services.
